We again celebrated Owen's birthday when Jett got home. Owen turned 5 this year and I attempted to make a special "Car" cake!
He liked it, and he did a very good job of blowing out most of the candles this year...which is an improvement from last year. He also started to sing for himself but we had to stop in the middle as he didn't like it anymore...we were okay with that. :)
Here we are getting Owen's b-day present out of the plastic packaging...

Lovely cake! :) Benjamin *hates* the singing of Happy Birthday too! :) He tolerates (or runs away!) from it being sung for his sibling's birthdays, but we don't sing it for him, since he doesn't actually enjoy it!
I am sure you are ALL glad to see Mr Smith back home safely in Auckland New Zealand after his recent trip to Scotland. All in Scotland and England especially Barnoldswick were delighted to hear him preach the Gospel.
Glad to hear Rev Smith got back safely.
