A special gift

This Saturday we had Jarrod come over and put in a sandpit (sand box for Americans/Canadians)  that he made.  The kids are just thrilled with it!  Owen has taken quite a liking to digging up all of the plants in what is supposed to be a flower garden so I've been wanting a sandpit for awhile.  The nicest part is that Jarrod decided to build one for us with a lid and all!  See for yourself. :)

Of course the big boys need to help too... :)

Oh so fun!
And in case you are worried about that lid crashing down it is padlocked to the fence. :)

"I'm Keith Smith and I approve of this sandpit." :)

"If only Mommy would let me play in it..." :(

FP Church New Zealand

I thought I would post here about the FP Church (New Zealand) website that has been up and running for awhile now.  So, if you are wanting to hear some of Jett's sermons simply go to: FP Church and click on the Sermons link.

Now off to take care of my children, of whom one is sick with tonsillitis. :(

Randomness

Here are just a few random photos... In the above photo, Keith fell asleep with the bottle in his mouth.

Below: Keith has a fascination with my exercise ball.

Find the daddy!

This is what happens when you aren't watching Owen very well.  And it was yummy drinking chocolate too.

Or how about this?  "Mmm Cake." As Owen says.

When do you stop mending and just bin them?
Hmm, not many people photos in here, sorry about that!  Will try better next time. :)

The skirt and etc

Here is my new polka dot skirt!  I was quite pleased how well it turned out.  Unfortunately you can't make out the sash, or maybe all the gores/panels and the bit of ruffley bit at the bottom of the skirt..all due to being polka dotted.  Amelia took this photo so that is why part of my face is chopped. :D

A new succulent plant Ida gave me...hopefully the rabbits don't find this one edible.

I already posted the leaves on facebook but here is the tree with pink leaves!  Our pear tree has blossomed and another couple fruit trees have blossomed too...maybe we'll have fruit, if the birds don't get to them first.
